Abstract
The transparency characteristics to IR wave of ZnS ceramics are discussed in this thesis. The design of film system are optimized with non-λ/4 wavelength double-deck film in this paper. To calculate proper parameters for double-deck film application., a suitable software is programmed and two-side and double-deck film plating samples based on ZnS ceramics are made too. The survey methods of wave-transparent are probed, and its measurement is: the compatible transmission ratio of IR(3-5μm and 8-12μm)surpasses 70%.
