Abstract
In 21 st century, it becomes the mainstream of global economy to develop hi-tech industry. Though the development of hi-tech industry of Shanxi at present is fast, the level of development is obviously backzvard . The paper analyzes the main restrict factors and puts forward countermeasures on the development of Hi-tech Industry of Shanxi.
