The individualized instruction reform requires the change of management methods. The effective management is implemented with the precondition of analyzing the effects of management of individualized instruction and mastering characteristics of the individualized instruction management. Reforming instruction management organization, using flexible management methods, and establishing relevant management regulations are very important strategies of the individualized instruction management in school for the blind.
