Abstract
In November 2001, China became a member of the World Trade Organization. WTO aims to set up an integrated world market. China has established the fundamental role of market economy. We must make effort to undertake an analysis on the common features, the fundamental content of China's legal regulating of market economy and the relevance to the World Trade Organization.
