Abstract
Rapid heating furnace is a new kind of furnace used for roller surface heat treatment.According to technical requirements of the system,some advanced design methods of furnace structure are analyzed,for example,bi-open furnace body,driving system of furnace shell,burning,wind and exhaust smoke system,roller supporting system and cooling water devices etc.Control functions and temperature control mode are introduced.Simatic S7-300 PLC is used as kernel control unit to realize the whole automatic control process.By computer supervisory system,real time states of furnace and its parameters can be displayed directly.Temperature is the key parameter to control.In order to make temperature equal,the furnace is divided to two zones.Advanced pulse-burning control is applied in each zone.The actual application shows that the furnace performance is stable and temperature control accuracy is high.Energy saving effect is remarkable and the whole system meets the need of technological process perfectly.
