Study of the Development of New Cooperative Economic Organizations in Rural Changchun and Countermeasures to the Current Problems

The definition and explanation of new cooperative economic organizations is presented.The problems in the development of new cooperative economic organizations in rural Changchun,such as,no clear status in law,lack of deep understanding,formality of the organizations and lack of standard of internal management are studied.Countermeasures,such as,speeding up legislation,establishing legal status,enhancing government guidance and support,setting up and improving internal administrative and operational mechanism are put forward.
