Rural special cooperative organizations in North Jiangsu Province: status quo and countermeasures

Developing rural professional cooperative organizations is an important carrier for raising peasants' organizations to higher levels and boosting agricultural rural industrialization and scalization.While many problems remain in the present rural professional cooperative organizations,like small scale,loose organization,unclear corporative title,overmuch intervention from administrative departments,comparatively tight developing environment and coarse inside systems,reforms should be carried out on the aspects of ideological acknowledge, management systems,economic policies and systematical constructions,to promote the healthy development of rural professional cooperative organizations.
