Abstract
Objective: To observe and compare the clinical effect of acupuncture combine massage with pure massage or acupuncture for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods: Selected 90 patients of external humeral epicondylitis and randomly divide into three groups,each group has 30 patients: treatment group and massage group and acupuncture group. Treatment group was used acupuncture combine massage for treatment,massage group was used only massage for treatment,acupuncture group was used only acupuncture for treatment. Each group treated for 1 times a day,10 days for 1 course of treatment,1 stop treatment after treatment for 2 days. Then observed and compared the curative effect and adverse reaction between three groups after 2 courses. Results: After statistical analysis,the treatment group effective than massage and acupuncture group,and Massage group and acupuncture group effective no obvious difference. Conclusion: Acupuncture combine massage for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis was curative effect,better than pure massage or acupuncture,and no obvious adverse reactions,it was suitable for application in athletes.
