Abstract

Under the study and analysis of the current Network Management System and Component GIS, the network management system model based on the Component GIS was presented and applied effectively. The network management system built on the component GIS can provide object oriented network utilities management methods, implement fast network fault location on the electronic geography map, and give new useful tools for network fault management.
