Abstract
The construction unit as an investment project organizers will be through the formation of the whole process,It is particularly important to the successful implementation of the project to do at all stages of the process of forming the management of the project。This paper analyzes the project decision-making project,the project pre-planning,land pre-planning design and construction approval,and other reported early stage of the project management from the examples of companies to invest in construction projects。
