Abstract

China's Administrative Litigation Law is under amendment.The main part of the amendment is to enlarge the scope of our administrative litigation.China's present Administrative Litigation Law stipulates the specific standard for administrative acts capable of rising administrative litigation,therefore administrative acts is a legal concept as well as a doctrinal one.Intension and extension of administrative acts should be stipulated in the Administrative Litigation Law in order to obtain the objective of enlarging the scope of administrative litigation and to avoid any possible misunderstanding of the concept of administrative acts in practical use.
