Abstract
In Administrative Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China,there are many restrictions on scope of accepting cases of administrative litigation.Judicial capacity,administrative law enforcement and administrative status and other factors have to be considered.It is necessary to think about solutions to these problems from the angle of scope of administrative litigation and provide a new insight into perfection of administrative litigation.
