The State' duty of the right to be educated

The right to be educated as a specific fundamental rights of citizens is of great significance.First of all,that the nation's obligation to protect the right to be educated is to take actions to develop socio-economic as much as possible,making that education development is synchronous with the social and national obligation's capacity development.Secondly,there are specific protection from the legislature,executive and judicial organizations.the first two can be called pre-protection,and the judicial protection can be called subsequent protection.In the extended level,nation's obligation to protect in sense of international law and domestic law constitutes a dual system of protection to the right to be educated.
