Abstract
New Century Libraries industry is undergoing tremendous change;the digital library is the existence of forms of future library.This paper analyzes the basic concepts of digital libraries and on the significance of development of university library to explain the college application status of digital libraries and existing problems,propose to promote the development of university library digitization some suggestions.
