Abstract

Now,track-and-field teaching in universities is influenced and controlled by many factors,so track-and-field teaching in universities can not receive enough attentions.This paper analyzes undergraduate sports lifestyle characteristics and significance of track and field for undergraduate sports lifestyle,author analyzes development trends of track and field teaching,for exemple,teaching content、methods、organization and teaching evaluation.
