Based on the understanding of the significance related to the recreational teaching of Track and field sports,analysis is made of the peculiarity of the recreational teaching of track and field technology,which finds that the attempt to recreationalize the teaching of track and field sports is helpful in respecting students’status of mainstay,which can be achieved through fortifying the guidance from the teacher and building a nice learning environment.It proves to be a brand new teaching model integrated with advanced educational ideology and can exert positive impact on the improvement of teaching quality and push forward the teaching reform and development in teachers colleges and universities.
