Diagnostic value of CT on malignant tumor of nasal cavity

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CT on malignant tumors of nasal cavity,and to boost their accurate diagnosis.Methods The CT finding of malignant tumors of nasal cavity in 52 cases that confirmed by operation or biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 45 cases of primarily malignant tumors of nasal cavity,7 cases of malignant tumors in nasal cavity and accessory nasal cavity at the same time or encroachment forthcoming constitution.CT finding:48 cases of nasal cavity anterior part,4 cases of nasal cavity posterior part,23 cases tumors infiltrated nasal vestibule and wing of nose cum vicinity skin of face,16 cases of encroaching antrum maxillae or antrum ethmoidale or pars nasalis pharyngis,7 cases of forthcoming osteoclasi,19 cases of uniformity density of focus of infection,27 cases of uneven density,9 cases of light enrichment in enhance,11 cases of midrange enrichment.Conclusion Malignant tumors of nasal cavity can be found in CT scanning in situs and size and encroaching forthcoming constitution and osteoclasia medical science image information can be offered for clinical diagnosis and management.
