Abstract
Objective To discuss the CT features of nasal malignant lymphoma. Methods Eleven cases of nasal malignant lymphoma proved pathologically were reviewed retrospectively. Results The main CT features included:①Lesions arose mainly from one nasal vestibule or anterior past of nasal cavity, widely ranged and involved single or double nasal cavities .②Light and limited destruction of bone were found in middle inferior parts of nasal septum, inner wall of superior portion of maxillary sinus and middle inferior nasal concha .③The assistant sinus of the same side were involved easily, especially maxillary sinus; showed uniformity soft tissues or developed along walls and remained middle cavity.④The adjacent structures were usually involved, included other side nasal cavity, nose wing, face, pharynx and the posterior fat spaces of maxillary sinus, etc. Conclusion CT scan can diagnose and show ranges and degrees of the nasal malignant lymphoma.
