Analysis the effect of premature ovarian failure combined progynova curative effect in the treatment of premature ovarian failure

Objective To investigate the effi cacy of decoction of premature ovarian failure in the combined progynova treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods From 2013 May to 2014 September in our hospital 72 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure,were randomly divided into combined group(Party of premature ovarian failure combined with progynova treatment) and control group(simple progynova treatment),36 cases in each group,compared two groups of patients with clinical effi cacy and adverse reactions of occurrence.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,combined treatment group total effective rate 94.44% was signifi cantly higher than the control group 77.78%,compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P0.05).The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically signifi cant(P0.05).Conclusion The POF decoction combined with progynova can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients with premature ovarian failure,and has good clinical curative effect.
