Effects of Danhong Injection in Treatment of Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease:A Clinical Analysis of 42 Cases

Objective To study the effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods The treatment group were treated with Danhong injection 20mL joined 5%GS250mL in continuous intravenous infusion,and the control group was given 20mL joined the 5%GS250mL Danshen injection in continuous intravenous infusion,one times a day,once every 14 days.Results Danhong injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease clinical curative effect was better than that of the control group,the total effective rate was 95.2%,and 69.1% in control group;The treatment group ECG and total effective rate(90.5%) were significantly better than the control group(69.1%),which had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris curative effect is good,and no obvious adverse reaction,is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
