Abstract
Objective To observe the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of upper urinary tract calculi effect. Methods From 80 patients with urinary tract stones using B-image-guided percutaneous renal biopsy to establish F16 channel, use with the German WOLF8/9.8 F ureteroscope combined with pneumatic lithotripsy machine crushed stone. Results 80 patients were treated Ⅰ 69 cases of biopsy stones, rows of stones in 8 cases Ⅱ,Ⅲ rows of stones in 3 cases.Stone clearance rate of 93.75%(75/80).Operation time 0.6 ~ 3.6 h,intraoperative blood transfusion cases no need,no serious complications. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of upper urinary tract calculi is effective, trauma, stone clearance rate, fewer complications, and recurrence of residual stone stone surgery again a greater advantage, with further increase renal ESWL Stone clearance rate, there is a high clinical value.
