Therapeutic Effect Observation of Self- made Chinese Medicine Decoction in Combination with MEBO Ointment in the Treatment of Eczema of Damp Skin Type

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self- made Chinese medicine combined with MEBO on treating damp skin eczema. Methods 82 patients with damp skin eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group( 42 cases) and control group( 40 cases). The treatment group was treated with oral self- made Chinese medicine and external use of moist burn cream. The control group was treated with boric acid and decoction of 3% topical solution wet and cold compress with traditional self- made Chinese medicine.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 90. 48%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 67. 50%. In the total efficiency of two groups,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Oral self- made Chinese medicine decoction combined with external treatment of damp skin eczema MEBO clinical curative effect is better,and is worthy of clinical application.
