Abstract

The booming development of Hebei outsourcing industry needs more and more related intellectuals. Through the analysis of present situation and talents of Hebei service outsourcing industry, this paper proposes the strategies to cultivate intellectuals for the service outsourcing industry from three aspects including government, universities and colleges, as well as enterprises, in order to promote Hebei's capacity in accepting service outsourcing business.
