On Community Services of Northwest Countryside From the Perspective of Development

Rural community is a combination of production and living.Under the circunstances of the natural and social endowment insufficiency in northwest countryside in China,the challenges that face the rural community service are how to combine the service with the agricultural production and the rising income of the peasants so as to improve the living conditions and the developing capabilities of the people,and promote the continuing development of the area.By examining the experiences and problems of the community services construction in China,the article considers the community services in northwest countryside must be based on the development-oriented services.
