Probe on the Road of Education Development in the Countryside Communities

The Development of community education in the countryside must based on the un-equilibrium situation of the social-economic development in the country areas, and adopt different methods and respective instructions. We should actively and steadily promote the education in the comparatively developed areas, especially focus on development in the town areas, and at the same time, conditionally promote the development in the undeveloped areas. We should take increasing agricultural productivity and peasants' income as the goal in pushing forward the adults' education in the countryside with the focus of providing training for the peasants and transfer the country labor and raise the general quality of our agricultural population.
