Abstract
Objective To research the efficacy of Azithromycin therapy for children with respiratory tract infection.Methods 120 cases of children with respiratory tract infection were divided into two groupsⅠ andⅡ,group Ⅰ60,treated with cefradine;group Ⅱ40,treated with Azithromycin.Results We found both groups had effect on children with respiratory tract infection.Compared with before treatment,both groups had better effect on children with respiratory tract infection.Compared the two groups,The clinical efficiency of group Ⅰwas 70%,and group Ⅱwas 90.0%.The clinical efficiency of group Ⅱwas higher than group Ⅰ(P0.05).The adverse reaction rate of group Ⅰwas 10%,and group Ⅱwas 5.0%.The adverse reaction rate of group Ⅱwas lower than group Ⅰ(P0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin for children with respiratory tract infection had a certain effect,and with a lower rate of adverse reaction,we should spread it in clinical research.
