Abstract

Along with the establishment of the traditional intellectual property laws (copyright law, patent law and trademark law) and of the antiunfair competition law, the property system has expanded to cover both real property and intellectual property. Although the norms of intellectual property came from the norms of the real property, which is the basis of the property system, the norms of intellectual property differ in many ways from the latter. 
