Class can be considered as a small society which has closest relationship with students and also has an important influence on their study and life.Every student should be the master and a citizen of class society.The teacher in charge of the class should stick to human first,all is done for students.In class management,we should seek the exact stand poit,exert ourselves to train cadres of the class.We should also excavate the virtue of the low achievers,build up collective honors of the class in order to make them enjoy the right of democracy,equality,freedom,and obey collective behavior regulation willingly.
