Empirical study of relationship between information industry and economic growth in China

Abstract
Based on co-integration theory,the paper analyzed the relationship between the information industry and China's economic growth with the economic annual data from 1991 to 2007,calculated the long and short elasticity of information industry to economic growth.The ECM checked Granger causality test between information industry and economic growth.Finally,the mutual connection about them was depicted by the generalized impulse response function.
