Study on Construction of Enterprise Crisis Management System

Since environment changes rapidly and become more complicated.no enterprise can avoid the threat of crisis or potential crisis in the age of globalization and network.It is important that organization should take right crisis management to prevent or alleviate the damage crisis brings about.This paper interrupts crisis and crisis management,proposes the construction of crisis management system based on the development of crisis,and wishes the use for reference for effective crisis management.
