Abstract
In order to implement the high efficient data backup, a method worked on Linux was presented. The method established a disaster backup center and supported multiple users. It sent the effective data of the users’ disk to the disaster backup center’s database only and saved storage space. It monitored I/O operation of the disk in Linux kernel and obtained real-time data. For the sake of recovery performance, the technology of differential recovery was adopted. This method provides high efficient, cost-effective and multiple users’ data backup without affecting the service of users’ server.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
