Abstract

When the world economy is recovering by slow growth after the crisis,we will implement The Twelfth Five-Year Plan.The foreign trade of China is facing the new domestic and international situation.In the international environment,there are not only obstacles of international trade protectionism but also the opportunities of getting industries shifted from the developed countries.In China,the transformation of the mode of economic development makes new demands on foreign trade.In order to achieve the harmonious and sustainable development of foreign trade,we must implement a series of changes:from focusing on the growth of export to balancing the import and export;from trading mainly with the developed countries to diversing trade partners;from mainly doing processing trade to balancing the general trade,processing trade and services trade;from breaking trade protection alone to reducing trade frictions in different ways.
