Positive analysis on the regional development difference in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

this paper not only analyses the regional difference in Sunan,Suzhong and Subei in Jiangsu province,but the counties' development difference by the scale index of per capita GDP,revealing that the key problem is the three regionals' difference becoming wider than before.On the base of R/S analysis of fractal theory,the development difference trend can be forecasted in order to continually carry out polices of regional corresponding development and do our best to reduce the regional difference.
