Abstract
[Objective] To understand hygienic status of urban drinking water quality from different sections of the Yangtze River in Zhenjiang,analyze its effect on the hygiene of drinking water quality for the residents,and provide a scientific basis for ensuring the health and safety of the people.[Methods]Surveillance and evaluation was conducted on the quality of the water of two different units of the centralized water supply in source water and finished water from different sections of the upper and lowewr reaches of the Yangtze River in Urban Zhenjiang.[Results]The qualified rate of the Yangtze River source of drinking water quality was 8.33%,indicators of aluminum and iron were unqualified;the factory water qualified rate was 100%.In the two sections' drinking water source water quality and water quality in the factory,there was significant difference(P0.01).[Conclusion]In Zhenjiang drinking water sources,there are aluminum and iron contamination factors,and effective system of water purification proces can achieve drinking water health standards.
