Abstract
A new discrete PID control scheme is proposed for integrator processes with dominant time delay.Itusesalocalfeedbackto prestabilize the process which contains two discrete controllers. Simulations show that the proposed controller has good set point tracking and robust performance for thedeviationofthetime delay. Finally, the control scheme for the load disturbance rejection is discussed briefly.
