Research on Regional Technology Innovation Ability of Pharmaceutical Industry in China Based on Factor Analysis

Based on the definition of pharmaceutical industry technology innovation ability,a set of indexes of pharmaceutical industry technology innovation ability are constructed to analyze and evaluate technology innovation ability of 28 provinces based on factor analysis.Through the comparison of technology innovation ability of eastern,middle and western areas in China,we analyze technology innovation ability and comparative advantage of three economic aggregation areas of medicine in Yangtze River Delta region,Pan-pearl River Delta region,Bohai Rim Region and conclude that technology innovation ability of pharmaceutical industry in China are uneven.At last,we suggest that the government enhance the support of the area with stronger technology innovation ability and competitive advantage and prompt the development of pharmaceutical industry in China by adjusting measures to local conditions.
