Effects of Sevoflurane and Isoflurane Inhaled Anesthesia on Total Hysterectomy

Objective To observe and compare the effect of sevoflurane and isoflurane inhaled anesthesia on total hysterectomy.Methods One hundred twenty cases of patients treated with total hysterectomy were randomly divided into sevoflurane group(n=60)and isoflurane group(n=60).After the induction of anesthesia they were inhaled sevoflurane and isoflurane for general anesthesia,respectively.The HR,MAP and SpO2 were evaluated of the two groups at the moment at before induction(T0),5 min after intubation(T1),cutting skin(T2),eye open(T3) and before decannulation(T4).Results The HR,MAP and SpO2 produced no difference between the two groups at T0,T1,T2,T3 and T4.The time of eye open in sevoflurane group was(7.2±2.5) min,shorter than(12.6±3.2) min of isoflurane group(P0.05);The time of decannulation was(8.7±2.8) min in sevoflurane group,shorter than(14.3±3.6)min of isoflurane group(P0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane and isoflurane inhaled anesthesia both produce no influence on vital signs,but the cases in sevoflurane group wake sooner after total hysterectomy.
