Abstract
At present,double piston design is adopted in most manual pump,large flow is exported at low pressure,small flow is exported at high pressure,but when the manual pump at the beginning of the high pressure,the flow is too small and the efficiency is low. The improvement was changing the double-level plunger to three-level plunger,so the output efficiency of the manual pump was improved,and the output power of the manual pump was more smooth. The three-level plunger manual pump hydraulic working principle was discussed,and the preliminary design of three-level plunger pump was carried on. Practice show that the efficiency of the improved manual pump is increased. It provides reference for improvements on high pressure and ultrahigh pressure hydraulic manual pump.
