Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of benzene, toluene, xylene occupational exposure on DNA Damage in Human Peripheral Lymphocyte. Methods:Single cell gel electrophoresis was used. Results:There was obvious dos response relationship between the tail length, tail moment (TM), tail DNA %, ratio of moment move (RM), ratio of inertia move (RI) of comet cells and the concentration of mixed exposure to benzene, toluene, xylene. Conclusion:Mixed exposure to benzene, toluene, xylene could induce DNA damage on human peripheral lymphocyte.
