Abstract

The youth sports aerobics test competition has been operated as the official qualification test of the 2008 and 2009 league.The overall event specific physical scores were considerably high in the test index system and its difficulty level has been controversial.With the method of literature review,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,the paper analyzed the implementation effect of special physical index in the test competition,scientifically proved the content and the evaluation standard of the special physical index,and proposed relevant countermeasures.
