Clinical Observation of Quyu Huazhuo Decoction for Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with Abnormal Liver Function

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Quyu Huazhuo Decoction for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with abnormal liver function.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients were equally randomized into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Quyu Huazhuo Decoction,and the control group was given polyene phosphatidyl choline.Results:The difference of the total effective rate was significant between two groups(P0.05).The differences of aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) before and after treatment were significant in both groups(P0.01).Obviously significant difference of ALT,AST could be found after treatment between two groups(P0.01).Conclusion:Quyu Huazhuo Decoction has certain therapeutic effect in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with abnormal liver function.
