From Protectionism to Environmentalism——US Environmental Protection Movement in 20th Century 60's and Its Impaction

Before the sixties of the 20th century, US's environmental protection consciousness rested on the lay of resources conservation. After environmental protection in the sixties and Environmental Revolution in the seventies, the meaning of environmental protection had already maximum expanded, and it became the social consciousness which had obtained respect and certification pervasively. The movement had the profound influence on American environment policy and impelled the transformation of American environmental consciousness from protectonism to environmentalism.
