Abstract
In order to study the relationship between single infection of PRRSV and swine high fever,two piglets were inoculated with PRRSV,the body temperature was tested everyday,the PRRSV was detected by ELISA and PCR.The result showed that infected pigs with high-fever had no death.ELISA and PCR detection showed PRRSV positive without bacteria infection.
