Civilian-run higher education is the new born strength of our country's higher education.However,the scientific research quality of the teachers there is not much ideal,which restricts the development of the civilian-run higher education.The main reason why is so lies in:the schools do not pay enough attention to and give enough funds to it;the teachers haven't much scientific research mentality.It is necessary for the civilian-run colleges and universities to solve these questions one by one,so as to promote their own continuous development.
