Abstract
A design of synchronous data acquisition card is used as core in large-scale equipment's condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.TMS320VC5410A DSP of TI company is used as digital signal processor on the card to control the process of data acquisition and to process the acquired data.PCI2040 is applied to provide a tried connection between TMS320VC5410A DSP and PCI bus to guarantee the acquired data transferred to PC in high speed and high efficiency.The card combines synchronous data acquisition,signal process and highspeed data transition in one.When used in condition monitoring and fault diagnosis systems,the card can well meet the needs of acquisition,process and transmission of data.
