Abstract
Presented and realized an universal card of data acquisition and processing based on PCI local bus. In this card, applied TMS320VC5409 as a peripheral processing unit and applied PCI2040 as PCI-DSP bridge , then performed a frequency and phase testing instrument of three-phase AC power by software design. Furthermore , this paper focused on the board design of the PCI card and the WDM program application based on Windows 2000 OS.
