The "Deeper Meaning" of a Literary Novel:Discussion on Xu Xu's Works

Abstract

The present paper makes an analysis of deeper meanings on Xu Xu's novels.It is argued that there are two levels of deeper meaning in Xu Xu's novels.For the first level,Xu focused on the particularity of his own experiences in both the urban and rural areas.For the second level,Xu conveyed his deeper meaning in a special narrative mode which is neither too fast nor too slow.
