The Choice of Strategic Emerging Industry in Henan Province Based on the High-tech Industry

Abstract
As a new industry,strategic emerging industry can't have rich statistics and statistical data as the traditional industries.So it is difficult to choose directions of this industry to some extent.This paper is based on comparison between the high and new technology industry and the merging industry of strategic importance relationship,to analyze advantages and potential of the emerging industry of strategic importance by high and new technology industry development level of Henan province.And then,the paper chooses biological medicine and aviation new material as the new development directions of Henan from seven industries.
