Abstract
Strategic emerging industry could develop healthy and rapidly under certain conditions.This thesis analyzes the existing conditions and their influence to strategic emerging industry,including technological innovation and capability of research and development,traditional industry status,human resources,funds,market,policy of industrial development.The author considers Hebei Province should develop strategic emerging industry first in the method of relying on traditional industry,aggrandizing advantage industry,promoting low-carbon technology of environment protection industry.
