On the Judicial Independence in China with Case-Study

Judicial independence is generally accepted by the modern country under the rule of law and the establishment of the basic legal principles,which covers a very wide range. This text sets about from the typical case,is limited to a smaller trial independence perspective on the judicial independence, analyses factors(the victim, public,media, public knowledge, political parties) one by one which affect the trial independence,and the implications for relations among these factors,and is trying to find some implementations in the process of such breach of trial independence.
